Maximum transfer time limits:

Vail 70 understands not every trip will be completed in the typical amount of time therefore we generously allocate an additional hour for each Denver trip to be completed (listed below). But if circumstances arise outside of our control in which the trip doesn’t complete in the allotted time we reserve the right for there to be additional charges billed at $120 per hour in 15 minute increments:

- Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek, Edwards, Winter Park and surrounding areas:

Typical transfer time: Two hours

Allotted transfer time: Three hours

- Aspen, Snowmass, Glenwood Springs, Carbondale, Basalt, and surrounding areas:

Typical transfer time: Four hours

Allotted transfer time: Five hours

Please provide us with your flight number at the time of booking. We will be monitoring all flight updates and will adjust our pickup time accordingly. If your flight is canceled please call us immediately at 970.369.9945 and we will reschedule your pickup.
